Where exactly are you located in AMA Place?

We are located in Suite 2 on the Top Floor of AMA Place (88 L'Estrange Terrace). Once you enter the main building lobby, you will find our clinic clearly signposted on the left-hand side of the ground-floor entrance. The stairs to the left will take you up to our rooms on the right. Or, take the elevator and turn left out of the elevator doors. See you soon!

Is there free parking available for patients?

Yes! There is dedicated patient parking located directly ourside the building. Access the car park via the driveway on L'Estrange Terrace and drive to the furthest end of the driveway. Our dedicated RHP Physiotherapy parking is well signed for each space. Take the lift from the car park.

Do I need a referral to see a Physiotherapist?

No, you do not need a GP referral to see us as a private patient. However, if you are seeking treatment under WorkCover, DVA, or an EPC (Chronic Disease Management) plan, please bring your referral documentation to your initial appointment.

What should I wear to my appointment?

We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing or athletic wear that allows easy movement assessment of the area being treated (e.g., shorts for knee/ankle injuries). We have change rooms available if you are coming straight from work.

Can I claim my health fund rebate on-the-spot?

Absolutely. We use HICAPS technology, allowing you to claim your private health rebate instantly. You will only need to pay the gap amount at the time of your consultation.
