How to Strap an Ankle

How to strap your own ankle, and how to strap for someone else.

When strapping your own ankle, to get a good angle of the ankle (90 degrees), it can be helpful to put your toes up on a chair or bench.

When you are strapping the ankle of somebody else, encourage them to keep their ankle in the same position – 90 degrees.

Practice makes perfect!
