Nikki Rathbone

Nikki has experience working in a variety of areas over the past 13 years including elite and recreational sport, women’s health, headache and migraine management, chronic pain and occupational health/ergonomics. She is passionate about uncovering the root cause of her patient’s problems and working with them to achieve a long-term solution.
She has completed a Masters of Sports Physiotherapy through La Trobe University in 2018, and she is a Level 3 Watson Certified Practitioner in the Watson Headache Approach. She also assists with teaching dry needling and has provided clinical education and supervision for students through several universities.
Nikki has been a volunteer on several committees for the Australian Physiotherapy Association for 8 years and is currently a part of their pilot program for providing mentorship for new graduate therapists.

Interests:
Nikki enjoys playing and watching sports of all types. She has played netball for over 20 years and also enjoys playing golf and walking her 2 beautiful Labradors. When she isn’t watching her kids play sport, she loves to go camping in the caravan with her family on weekends.
